Sheryl Sandberg author of Lean In

I watched Sheryl Sandberg's commencement address at Barnard College.  I encourage everyone to watch the video.  Sheryl cites interesting statistics on women in leadership roles.  She also makes some great points about our nature to lean back instead of in.  Mentees, Sheryl is right, we are looking to you to continue the path of building women in leadership.

Off to a great start!

What a great kick off meeting! Special thanks to Amy and Ashley for the superb organization. It was great to be in a room full of women from all walks of life with a common goal.
